Our week-long village homestay was in Tukuche, between Niligiri and Dhaulagiri peaks on the Annapurna Circuit in Mustang District. With host siblings, we walked through the apple fields tucked into in the mountain between two major rivers. Despite howling wind and freezing temperatures, I took several starscapes from our roof.
