A stick-shift coach bus delivered us from a windy mountain road to Sauraha, a town outside of Chitwan National Park. Our hotel's neighbors included elephants and some stray rhinos who wandered outside of the jungle. This was our first Chitwan sunset – the first of many outrageously colorful sunsets on the river.
