Map designed for outgoing GW President Stephen Knapp to recognize the service opportunities for students that he cultivated. This project includes a series of slides for each entry and inset maps for neighborhoods to accompany the larger "Knapp Map".
At last October's Albert H. Small Symposium on Washingtoniana, I presented research on maps of St. Mary's Court in Washington, D.C. I studied change over time of the block, examining how racial relationships were manifested in the geography.
